Jenny Cotton, Save the Children

“Gill worked with Save the Children to help us develop a refresher elearning training on the Household Economy Approach (HEA). The topic for the elearning was very technical which Gill and her team got to grips with really quickly. They always asked if something was unclear or was too complicated and helped us to simplify the material we had developed for the course.

They completely respected the subject matter experts and took their lead, while at the same time being able to make helpful suggestions on how we could improve the material. They were great at explaining to our team how the online course would work and how it needed developing – and produced mock up versions of the course for us to run through so we got used to it.

The project was delivered on time and on budget. Gill and her team worked over and above our expectations to help us meet the very tight deadline we had. They were very flexible and responded quickly to our requests to ensure that the pace didn’t drop.

We were very happy with the finished product which has been really successful at providing a handy refresher course for learners from Save the Children and different organisations who need reminding how to carry out a HEA Outcome Analysis. Gill and her team work extremely hard and it’s clear in what they produce that they love their work. They are very professional, produce excellent products, respond to and interpret their clients’ needs and are a pleasure to work with”.

“Working with Gill at The Little Man Project was a fantastic process, enabling us to take our face-to-face training and put this online in an engaging way. Gill took our ideas and turned them into creative solutions, always being there to support with required edits or issues throughout the process”.

“Working with the LMP is like having an extension to our wonderful team, they understand the charity sector and work really closely with us to ensure they create something of a really high quality. The House Plan was initially devised as a face to face training activity and it’s so exciting to see it come alive. It will help so many cat owners to improve the lives of their cats by making simple changes to the cat’s resource placement”.

“You were incredibly responsive and sensitive to our requirements and this was reflected in the drafts and final deliverables. Gill was fantastic in drawing out from me all of the detail and nuance that she needed to be able to produce something on brand and in keeping with our house style. LMP consistently met agreed timescales, often exceeding expectation with fast turnaround times and thoughtful questions to ensure the content was right.”

“It’s been an absolute pleasure working with Little Man Project. No course development project comes without its challenges, and Gill’s enthusiasm, professionalism, flexibility and determination led to 4 great looking, engaging and incredibly useful modules. These modules are key to the ECHO-funded nutrition project that aims to improve monitoring and reporting of emergency supplementary feeding programmes across NGOs globally.”
