Jenny Cotton, Save the Children
“Gill worked with Save the Children to help us develop a refresher elearning training on the Household Economy Approach (HEA). The topic for the elearning was very technical which Gill and her team got to grips with really quickly. They always asked if something was unclear or was too complicated and helped us to simplify the material we had developed for the course.
They completely respected the subject matter experts and took their lead, while at the same time being able to make helpful suggestions on how we could improve the material. They were great at explaining to our team how the online course would work and how it needed developing – and produced mock up versions of the course for us to run through so we got used to it.
The project was delivered on time and on budget. Gill and her team worked over and above our expectations to help us meet the very tight deadline we had. They were very flexible and responded quickly to our requests to ensure that the pace didn’t drop.
We were very happy with the finished product which has been really successful at providing a handy refresher course for learners from Save the Children and different organisations who need reminding how to carry out a HEA Outcome Analysis. Gill and her team work extremely hard and it’s clear in what they produce that they love their work. They are very professional, produce excellent products, respond to and interpret their clients’ needs and are a pleasure to work with”.
